E-commerce Marketing Specialist


Job Description

1. ResponsibilitiesDrive sales by setting up marketing and communication plans in the online marketplace (Lazada, Shopee)

2. Manage marketing campaign of existing products

3. Manage and control marketing spending and budget to achieve the target

4. Responsibilities for the performance of online sales 

5. Digital advertising, digital marketing, SEO / SEM measures

6. Research for new trends and customer insights and buying journey to improve product and service satisfaction


1. 24-32 years old, any gender

2. Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field

3. Minimum 2 years of E-Commerce/Online Business development experience

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai (Japanese is a plus)

5. A data-driven mindset with good communication/presentation skills

6. Strong negotiation, fast learner, and passion for sales

7. Self-motivated team player. Able to work both independently and in a team

8. Be able to work in a start-up company environment

Working Day     Mon- Fri 8:00 -16:30  (Able to work from home)
